Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. In dem ganzen Hotel war das Rauchen verboten. Die Zimmer waren für israelische Verhältnisse geräumig. Sie waren sehr sauber und frisch renoviert. In dem ganzen Hotel war das Rauchen verboten. Preis Leistung verhältnis stimmte. Das Hotel war nur paar Minuten zu den oberen Terrassen des Schreins entfernt, sodass man zu Fuß zum Schrein gehen konnte. In der Nähe gab es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Die Busstation war gegenüber dem Hotel.

Bei der nächsten Pilgerreise, werden wir wieder das Hotel reservieren.

We stayed in two three-bed rooms in January 2010. This was our second stay at the Beth Shalom and have found it to be a wonderful place to stay for our Baha\'i pilgrimage. Very convenient to local amenities (shops, laundry, restaurants). Highly recommended!

Our extended family of seven stayed in three rooms in November 2009.  The breakfasts were fresh and delicious, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.  We loved the location - close enough to walk down the Terraces in the mornings and the bus stopped right in front of the hotel when we came home at night.  Thank you for a memorable stay!

We had a lovely time, meeting very lovely people on staff and those who were also visitors. We had a cozy room for 3, just barely room, but we liked it very much. The rooms were very clean. The lobby area was nice for meeting people.

I enjoyed my stay at your hotel while on Baha'i Pilgrimage. I found the staff very helpful and kind. my sister and I felt quite safe at your hotel and comfortable. I was pleased that so many businesses were close by as well such as restaurants, grocery stores, etc.Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We really enjoyed staying at the Beth Shalom Hotel.  The service was excellent, the breakfast was extensive and the atmosphere was cozy and friendly.  It was nice to have the option of purchasing a boxed lunch for days our Baha\'i pilgrimage would take us out of Haifa.  We would definitely stay here again. :grin

We stayed in Beth Shalom during our Bahai pilgrimage in February 2008. We were absolutely happy with it, The hotel offers a family atmosphere, it is reasonably priced, (ca. 88 EUr per double room), clean with hot showers, TV, very friendly staff. The location is also very central, but nonetheless it\'s rather quiet (up on Mount Carmel, close to the Merkaz shopping area and the upper Bahai terraces). The bus stop with busses and Sheruts going to the Bahai Shrine and Pilgrim house is in front of the door, so is the Haifa underground \"Carmelite\". The hotel offers phone cards, money change service and post service. The only slight drawback was having the same cheese (no meat), white bread and rather dry boiled eggs every morning. But on the otehr hand there were also cornflakes,muesli,different types of coffe, tea and salads.

My son made a good choice for us at Beth Shalom.  We liked the tropical decor of our room and the clever use of space in the bathroom.  It was the cleanest and most comfortable of our Israel Tour.  We appreciate the willingness to change our money and arrange for a charrot.  Another English-speaking channel, beside the ubiquitous BBC, would have been good.  Terrific location for walking and shopping.

Thank you very much for your hospitality and the perfectly managed Beth Shalom Hotel. We enjoyed our stay, in particular the cleanness and the quietness of the hotel and our room. For middle Europeans, more choices for breakfast would be nice. For sure when we are next time in Haifa, Beth Shalom will be our favorite hotel choice

We loved our 21 day stay at the Beth-Shalom and the Winkler family.  Everyone was so friendly and helpful.  We loved our room and especially the lovely bathroom.  We could not have been more please with our fortunate choice!
